EU: European Commission publishes list of infringement proceedings relating to regulatory framework

Following the launch, on 7 July 2005, of a new set of infringement proceedings against Member States for incorrect implementation of the regulatory framework for electronic communications, the European Commission has published two useful overviews:

T-REGS Note: Some of the items in the overviews are already superseded by later events. For example, Luxembourg and Belgium have adopted primary legislation in May and June 2005.
