The Austrian regulatory authority RTR has postponed the deadline for the submission of responses to the consultation regarding the Draft Ordinance on Communications Parameters, Tariffs and Value-Added Services (the KEM-V)

The deadline has been postponed until 27 Feb 2004, which will give market participants and interested parties two extra weeks to send in a response.

The map of the envisaged local area boundaries can be downloaded from the website until 13 Feb 2004 only.
