The Austrian regulatory authority RTR is inviting interested parties to comment on the Draft Ordinance on Communications Parameters, Tariffs and Value-Added Services (the KEM-V).

This Ordinance will replace the current ordinance on Numbering (NVO) and the Tariff Ordinance (EVO 2003).

The deadline for filing comments and position papers is 13 Feb 2004.

After closure of the consultation process, all position papers not marked “confidential” will be published on the web site of RTR.
