The European Commission's DG Information Society has today published a "Report on Telecoms Price Developments from 1998 to 2003".

The report (183 pages including Annexes) covers voice telephony, mobile and leased lines.

The report was prepared by the consultancy Teligen, and was finalised in September 2003.
