Outsourcing of Telecommunications Regulatory Functions |

T-REGS offers to take care of a share, or even the entirety, of the functions of telecommunications operators’ internal telecommunications regulatory department.
Functions that can be outsourced to T-REGS include:
- Correspondence: management of all correspondence with telecommunications regulatory authorities, including the drafting of letters, arranging proper responses to data gathering requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and preparing responses to relevant public consultations.
- Authorisation and licensing: securing and maintaining all necessary authorisations or licences required for the provision of telecommunications networks and services.
- Compliance: prior to the launch of new networks and services: examination of compliance issues with regard to applicable telecommunications laws and regulations; after launch: ongoing monitoring and assurance of regulatory compliance, tracking the emergence of new regulations that need to be complied with.
- Numbering, number portability and frequencies: securing and maintaining all necessary numbering resources and frequencies required for the provision of telecommunications networks and services; ensuring that appropriate arrangements are made for smooth functioning of number portability.
- Rights-of-way, infrastructure sharing and co-location: securing and maintaining all necessary permits, and preparation of all necessary agreements, to establish and operate telecommunications infrastructure.
- Tactical and strategic assistance to company management relating to the regulatory framework and environment.
