A new public presentation has been added to the T-REGS documents category.

It addresses the regulatory challenges for the development of WiMAX (IEEE 802.16-2004 in licensed and unlicensed spectrum bands, and the target band for IEEE 802.16e) in Belgium, at European level (CEPT/ERC, European Commission/RSC/RSPG, etc.) and highlights a major ongoing consultation in Sweden as well as developments in other EU Member States.

The presentation was delivered at Siemens/Intel Seminar, which was held in Zaventem on 22 Nov 2005, and is entitled: "Regulatory Landscape for WiMAX in Belgium - A Forward-Looking Assessment".
