EU: New eCCTF letters available for download in T-REGS documents category |

 In the past few days, the European Commission's eCommunications Consultation Task Force (eCCTF) published three new letters, concerning notifications which were made by the National Regulatory Authorities of Austria, The Netherlands (OPTA's first notification) and Malta (MCA's first notification).
The letters concern the following topics:
Austria: Payphone access charge (interconnection dispute resolution, validating the introduction of a special levy).
Netherlands: Voice call termination on individual mobile networks (Market 16), where all mobile network operators, and Tele2 as an MVNO, are found to have SMP.
Malta: Voice call termination on individual mobile networks (Market 16), where both mobile network operators are found to have SMP.
The letters have been added to the .ZIP repositories of eCCTF letters, which can be accessed by clicking on Documents at the upper right of the T-REGS home page.
