KPN of The Netherlands has today published its financial results for the third quarter of 2003.

The KPN presentation provides detailed market share data and comments on the current and future regulatory environment.

• Fixed networks: Pages 7, 51 and 52 contain detailed information on fixed telephony and dial-up in The Netherlands. Pages 55 and 56 contains detailed information on DSL, including a breakdown of the takeup of the various types of ADSL subscriptions.
• Regulation: Pages 65 to 70 contain a discussion of the current and future regulatory environment, from KPN's perspective.
