DG Information Society and DG Competition of the European Commission have published an invitation to interested parties to submit their observations on cases FI/2003/0024 and FI/2003/0027.

The deadline is 16 January 2004.

This concerns the opening of the Phase II examination relating to publicly available international telephone services provided at a fixed location for residential and non-residential customers in Finland.
