The European Commission has today published Document COM(2004)759final (formally dated 2 Dec 2004, but released today), entitled: "European Electronic Communications Regulation and Markets 2004".

This is the 10th annual Implementation Report of the European Commission, which discusses the status of transposition, genuine implementation, and practical impact of EU liberalisation and harmonisation Directives in the telecommunications sector.
