It addresses regulatory developments at EU level (European Commission and European Regulators Group) relating to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

The presentation is in the Dutch language, and was delivered at the Plenary of the Dutch Forum for Interconnection and Special Access (FIST) in Amsterdam on 2 Dec 2004. It is entitled: "VoIP: evolutie of revolutie? Visie van de Europese Commissie en van de European Regulators Group."
