The Hungarian regulatory authority NHH has published a draft policy document which explains the market analysis methodology that it intends to apply when carrying out its duties in application of the new EU regulatory framework for electronic communications.

The document puts forward the proposed approach to market definition (product and geographic markets), and a description of the regulatory obligations that can be applied.
