The .zip repository file containing all letters sent by the European Commission's eCommunications Consultation Task Force (eCCTF) to the United Kingdom contains a new letter, which relates to the imposition of obligations of Accounting Separation.

A new T-REGS public presentation has also been added. It is entitled: "Entry on the Italian telecommunications market - viewed from the perspective of EU law and its practical implementation". This academic presentation addresses the history of telecommunications liberalisation in Italy.
