OPTA, the Dutch regulatory authority, has today published an updated Frequently Asked Questions document on rights-of-way regulation in The Netherlands.

The FAQ document (available only in Dutch and accessible by clicking here)  incorporates the outcome of recent dispute resolution proceedings, new insights arising from questions put to OPTA by municipalities, etc.

It addresses issues such as the rights and obligations of operators and landowners (public and private land), rules relating to the relocation of infrastructure, fees (precario, leges), etc.
